1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and oke8 ("oke8", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the oke8 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at oke8.club ("Platform").

oke8 operates as an online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, and fishing games to eligible players within the Philippines. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes and complies with applicable Philippine gaming regulations as administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By accessing the Platform, creating an oke8 account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the oke8 Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the oke8 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity for wagering purposes.
• You are not a resident of or currently located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of oke8 or any affiliated company, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the oke8 Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

oke8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification. Any wagers placed by an ineligible player — including a player who is under 21 — shall be voided, and any winnings forfeited.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming features on oke8, you must register a Member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) oke8 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oke8 login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been authorized by you. oke8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP via SMS) on your account. You must notify oke8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). oke8 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing the first withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine identity documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, Postal ID, and Voter's ID. oke8 reserves the right to require additional documentation at any stage of the Member relationship.

3.4 Account Accuracy. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

oke8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based Members:

4.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount from an oke8 account is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. oke8 may require confirmation of the payment method used for deposit and may request documentation to verify that the withdrawal recipient matches the registered account holder. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure.

4.3 Same-Source Withdrawals. Where technically feasible, oke8 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. This policy is in place to comply with anti-fraud and AML obligations.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on oke8 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). oke8 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.5 Taxes. Members are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings received through oke8, in accordance with applicable Philippine tax laws. oke8 does not provide tax advice.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

oke8 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. The following general terms apply to all oke8 bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered Members who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• oke8 Reward Points earned through the Rewards Programme accrue on real-money wagers only. Wagers placed with bonus funds do not earn Reward Points unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• oke8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotional abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address applies unless otherwise stated.

6 Gameplay, Bets & Fair Play

All games offered on the oke8 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness. Game outcomes are determined by these certified algorithms and cannot be influenced by oke8 or any third party.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. oke8 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any wager at its sole discretion. Declined or voided bets will have the stake returned to the Member's account balance.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting game outcomes or bet settlement, oke8 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Members. oke8's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the original stake. Winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error will not be paid.

6.3 Sports Betting. Sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play bets are subject to the prevailing odds at the moment of acceptance. All sports betting results are subject to the official result of the relevant governing body or oke8's designated data provider, whichever applies.

6.4 Live Casino. Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the specific game variant as displayed in the game interface. The decision of the live dealer and platform systems is final in the event of a dispute, subject to the outcome of any oke8 investigation.

6.5 Unfinished Games. If a game session is interrupted — due to a disconnection, browser crash, or technical issue on your end — the outcome of the round in progress at the time of disconnection will be determined by the Platform's server-side records. Any wager placed at the start of an unresolved round remains valid.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke8 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place wagers or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in "chip dumping," match-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation via the oke8 sportsbook.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions made on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling for personal entertainment.

oke8 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Section. Where a violation is confirmed, oke8 may immediately suspend or terminate the Member's account, void all pending and historical bets, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies where applicable.

8 Responsible Gaming

oke8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gambling environment for all Members. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every Member account:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to help Members track their play time.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a self-exclusion period of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are irreversible.
• Reality Checks: On-screen messages displayed during extended gaming sessions reminding Members of the duration and amount wagered.

oke8 trains its customer support team to recognize signs of problem gambling and to direct affected Members to appropriate support resources. If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, please contact the oke8 support team or seek external assistance. Gambling is entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

oke8 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with the Republic of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by oke8 includes, but is not limited to: registration information, identity documents submitted for KYC, transaction history, device and session information, and gameplay records. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support.

oke8 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with: payment processors for transaction facilitation, regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR) as required by law, fraud prevention services, and affiliated entities within the oke8 group.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the oke8 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface elements, and written content — is the property of oke8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any rights to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of oke8.

Game content made available through oke8 is licensed from third-party providers including, but not limited to, JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming. All rights in such content vest in the respective licensors.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oke8 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or financial losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, even if oke8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to the Platform arising from circumstances beyond oke8's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government orders.
• The actions or inactions of third-party payment providers, game developers, or data suppliers.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law, oke8's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes oke8's liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

oke8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as set out in Section 7.
• A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• The Member being or becoming ineligible to use the Platform (including falling below the minimum age of 21).
• Circumstances where oke8 reasonably determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Member, other Members, or the integrity of the Platform.

Members may also voluntarily close their oke8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonuses subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.1 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute relating to your oke8 account, bets, payments, or any Platform service, Members must first submit the dispute to oke8 Customer Support via the live chat facility or by email to [email protected]. oke8 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

13.2 Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to the Member's satisfaction through the internal process, the Member may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player complaints process in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

13.3 Jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in this Section.

14 Amendments to These Terms

oke8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via: (a) a notice displayed prominently on the Platform; (b) a notification sent to the registered mobile number or email address on file; or (c) both.

Amendments take effect fourteen (14) days after the date of notification unless a shorter period is required by law or regulation. Your continued use of the oke8 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

oke8 recommends that Members periodically review these Terms to remain informed of the current version. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
